This psalm has been a guide to me at countless points in my life. Pray before you read it. Ask God to reveal truth to you - putting new light on your path. He will answer that prayer!
Vengeance really is His. This means our comfort in the present and the discomfort of all troublers in the future. We need not strike back because the blows of justice will be administered by God Himself.
Those who trust in Yahweh will find their own deliverance and forgiveness for the injustices they have commited against others and God. The vengeance that is promised the wicked is absorbed by the grace of God in Christ.
ALL sin will be paid for: by the Christ's cross or by the individual perpetrator.
